Return and Refund Policy 

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Vellumik online store, operated by Aura Mercantile LLC, a single-member limited liability company located at 760 Paseo De La Cuma, Santa Fe, NM 87501, USA.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@vellumik.com. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will send you return instructions once your request is approved. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement or refund for qualifying damaged orders.

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on this page.
