Shipping Policy 

Vellumik (Aura Mercantile LLC) ships orders within the United States and eligible international destinations.

Processing Time Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and US public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Domestic US Shipping Standard shipping: Estimated transit 7–15 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an extra fee. Shipping rates will be displayed during checkout based on delivery address and package weight.

International Shipping We ship to selected countries. International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees and local charges imposed by your country’s customs authority. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection.

Shipment Tracking Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking link provided.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal carrier first, then email our support team at support@vellumik.com. We will investigate lost packages per carrier rules.

Address Responsibility Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address provided by the customer.
